Wow, what a great example of sprawl. You did that good! Personally, I too am in favor of growth but would like to see the town expanded with straight lines. Think of a balloon as you add air. It gets evenly larger and retains it’s compactness but that may not work so well for the promoters, financial, development, and real estate people.
